Returns

Returns are accepted as set forth below. To place an allowable return within the eligible time frame, please contact VE Online via email at returns@vefonline.com.au with your order number and details on the items you’d like to return our fill out our claims and returns form.

Furniture Returns

VEF Online furniture can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt, in new condition and only if in the original packaging. These returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for costs of return shipments.

  • Any custom-made products (e.g. size or colour) or products with modifications (e.g. table cut outs) are not eligible to be returned.
  • Any discontinued or clearance products are not eligible to be returned.
  • All refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.

Damages + Defects

If a product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours to arrange an exchange or refund at no cost to you. Please inspect shipments for any visible carton damage and note that on the paperwork when signing for the delivery.

Please note that for the health and safety of our customers and team members, contactless delivery will be in place until further notice. Please email returns@vefonline.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your goods to notify us of any damage.

If there is a defect in manufacturing, we will replace furniture items under our Warranty Policy at no cost to you. See our Warranty Policy for details on initiating a claim.
