Warranty for VE Online Furniture

If you are interested in returning an item, please read our Return Policy

We recommend you follow the Care + Maintenance guidelines found on vefonline.com.au to keep your products in optimal condition. VEF Online will cover all costs associated with replacing or repairing a product that is compromised by a manufacturing defect.

This warranty applies only to the products listed below. Each warranty lasts for the number of years indicated below, starting from the date of delivery.

7 years:

Exemptions

  • ► VEF Online’s warranty does not cover products used in settings contradictory to our Care + Maintenance guidelines.
  • ► Products that have been misused or abused are expressly exempt from our warranty.
  • ► This warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear that occurs with use over time.
  • ► This warranty does not cover the use of the product outdoors unless expressly stated.
  • ► Products that have not been assembled with care, and in accordance with the supplied assembly instructions.
  • ► Caster fitted to chairs or mobile furniture items are classed as a moving wearing part so they are covered for 6 months from the purchase date
  • ► This warranty is made to the original purchaser who has acquired the product via VEF Online, or showroom and is non-transferable.
  • ► During the stated warranty period a maximum of 2 claims can be made that will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty this applies to all products on the website.

To initiate a claim, contact customer service by emailing claims@vefonline.com.au or filling out our claims and returns form.

To the extent allowed by law, any implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed and to the extent they are legally required, are limited in duration to the duration of this written warranty. VEF Online shall not be liable for loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, or incidental or consequential damages.
